Even if your particular tile on your roof has been discontinued for the last ten years, we can and will match your tiles without you having to replace your entire roof. 70 % of all roof issues can be repaired without the risk of future problems if done correctly. We have catered to clients from Key Largo to Vero Beach. We take great pride in our workmanship and integrity and always display complete professionalism in all of our projects E. W. Macdowell Inc. can also hurricane proof your roof tiles by injecting them with roof epoxy. This means each and every tile on your roof. Once the epoxy hardens, each roof tile becomes mechanically bonded to each other making it very difficult and extremely unlikely for any of the existing roof tile to become lose or unattached from the roofing membrane underneath. It is important to know that all of our workmanship is warranteed. This means that all work completed by us, is backed by us. We don't give a one year guarantee -- we stand behind all repairs for the duration of your roof! We use only rubberized cap sheet membranes which do not tear or break down from the sun's heat. We only use high quality rubberized roofing cement that will bond to wet surfaces. This ensures no future water seepage in the repaired areas. When all jobs are complete we sit down with you and give a 30 minute presentation showing you slides of pictures and digital video of all work completed by us. We don't expect you to believe what was done until you can see it with your own eyes. We then supply you with a disk prior to collecting the remaining balance of payment. If preferred we can provide you with a list of several more than satisfied references which may solidify your trust in our competence and professionalism.
